Chief Operating OfficerCourtney brings 20 years of property management experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer. She directs daily office operations, manages administrative workflow, and directly oversees the accounting department and assistant management team to ensure consistent service delivery.

Timothy Keane
Property ManagerTimothy brings extensive leadership experience, having previously served as Executive Vice President at Hudson Valley Companies and Vice President of Property Management at Katonah Management Services. His background combines community operations, financial oversight, and capital project management with a distinguished 28-year career as a firefighter and paramedic rising to Division Chief. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Services Management from George Washington University.
Jessica Murray
Property ManagerJessica began her career in association management in Florida in February 2020, gaining valuable experience in administrative management and project administration before becoming a licensed Community Association Manager. She specializes in portfolio management and capital project coordination, and is currently pursuing her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.
Stefania Mrdelja
Assistant Property ManagerStefania brings over a decade of property management experience to J&J, with a background spanning property operations, tenant relations, and administrative leadership. Having previously served as an Executive Assistant, she applies a proactive, detail-oriented approach to supporting property managers and board operations.

Assistant Property ManagerErida holds an academic background in Economics and Financial Economics. She leverages her training in economics and customer service to deliver analytical problem-solving, clear communication, and attentive support to residents and board members.

Accounting Director / BookkeeperTori brings over 7 years of accounting experience, transitioning from healthcare finance into property management accounting. She has been with J&J Management Services for over 3 years, overseeing financial reporting, account reconciliations, and bookkeeping integrity.
Kathy Burdick
Accounts Receivable AdministratorKathy brings over 20 years of accounting experience, including 11 dedicated years at J&J Management Services. Known for her strong problem-solving skills, she manages assessment billing, collections tracking, and resident account inquiries.

ReceptionistRowan is a first point of contact for owners, helping answer questions and guiding them in using the J&J Portal. She also supports property managers with selected property accounts, helping keep communication and day-to-day administration organized.
