Our Property Managers provide a unique approach to the management of each property by customizing our management plan to meet the individual needs of each community. We know that transitions can be stressful for many Boards, so by customizing most aspects of our property management plan we are able to provide each Board with an extra comfort level that they need. Our staff prides ourselves on strong communication with both the Board Members and Residents. With our strong and quick communication we are able to create a long lasting bond with our communities which allows us to clearly define the future vision of the property. In turn, we are able to establish a capital improvement plan and keep finances on track to meet budgetary goals.
In order to attain the goals of each community, our team provides a hands on approach to management. We offer regular weekly site visits to stay informed of any and all issues occurring on the property. With our state of the art mobile software, our managers are able to spend more time in the field which provides effective and efficient management of our properties. We also provide each property with a
comprehensive yearly Property Inspection Report which includes all minor and major repairs needed along with Capital improvement ideas.
Our staff is never too busy to handle each residents concern and we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies and issues that may arise.
Our Accounting Department provides full financial services to each property. We generate clear and concise monthly Financial Reports for the Board, assist the Boards in Budget Preparation, and
handle all staff payroll.
We provide various ways for the monthly common charge/rent collection that keeps it hassle free for each
resident. Our online resident website portal makes it convenient for all residents and Board Members to stay informed with their individual account ledger and important community information/announcements. Detailed reports of all Bank accounts are kept through our state of the art software. In addition our accounting department processes all vendor invoices. We have a system of checks and balances in
place as payment is only made if the invoice is verified and approved by the Property Manager.
We also assist in the sales process for our properties. We work closely with Real Estate Agents, Attorneys and Banks to ensure all leases, sales, and transfer are precisely executed in a timely manner.
